Nutcrackers

We got the subway to Shunyi today to eat pizza and go shopping in H&M in the big shopping centre there. These nutcracker toys were lined up out of the front of the shopping centre. They are the first Christmassy thing I have seen so far in Beijing and I am not even really sure whether their presence had anything to do with Christmas or whether it was just coincidence.

Jenny always says we can start getting excited about Christmas after her birthday which is on 20th November. I need to dust off my woolly jumper and Christmas hits album for next weekend then!
