the change

A year ago my son looked like this. Now at 13 his face has elongated and thinned out and I see more of the adult look that will be his. I know that after the first year of your life, puberty creates the most changes but it really is mesmerising watching it happen literally in front of your eyes! What is going on inside him, I can't see quite so clearly and I am sure at times he is finding it bewildering...

Such a busy time of year for us...12 days after this was taken I am finally uploading. All good but just not enough time in the day and that is never going to change I am realising!
