what a beautiful day....

Karanji lake embraced us with its breathtaking beauty on our sunday morning walk under the roof of the huge old trees and bamboos, a little paradise on the foot of Chamundi Hill. 25 rupies entrance is affordable, though, coming from Norway it always seems a bit weard paying for being in nature. "Beware crocodiles and snakes"said the signs - unfortunately we didn't see any, but peacocks, pelicans, swans, butterflies and a sweet little squirl...:)
