Back out and off road - at the top of a sandy sludgey squirmy strava segment called 'lungbuster'.

Good training in either direction too. While my ups don't seem to be improving much, my downhill efforts are part of plan to keep up with Baz next time we're out together. Or least only leave him time for espresso at the bottom, rather than grande americano...
