The Bare Essentials to Bus Spotting: Number 69

Open Days at the Dewsbury Bus Museum don’t take place all that often and, as today just happened to be their Silver Jubilee event, I decided to nip over and have a nosey.

I can't believe just how fanatical grown men can be enthusiastic the bus spotters are. They were fighting for the perfect shots and recording every fine detail in their little notebooks.

I took a trip on one of the classic buses to Dewsbury. The Museum have been banned from the bus station there because last year their fanatics enthusiasts jumped out into the roadway in front of buses to take photographs.

Anyway, here's a shot of number 69 bus LTF 254 which, according to the destination sign, is going to Bare and Happy Mount Park at Morecambe. Of all places to get a ticket to ride!
