Silly Sardine

I'm in the middle of Jeffery Steingarten's "The Man Who Ate Everything" and he talks about grilled sardines. "Hmmm", I thought "that sounds interesting". Off to the market I went and fortunately my fish monger had just gotten some in.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was mild and not fishy at all. Next time I'll get more then one!
