Gingerbread

I made gingerbread biscuits today~ (Gluten-free, following this recipe.)

They were going to be gingerbread men but the dough was too sticky to shape into anything but blobs, even after I'd put it in the fridge for a while.

They smell good, but I'm waiting until after dinner to try one... :)
