.....as promised, the Monday weigh-in and bean toes for your delectation. Amazed to see that I've lost 7/8ths of a pound overnight despite consuming lots of cake and wine....I'm going to enjoy this weight loss malarkey.

Much better day at work and quite nice outside too. Finding space to read and comment still proving difficult, but I'll get there. Anyhoo, that's Monday done.
