Autumn Flower

I've been trying to take a photo of this orchid which lives in our bathroom. It gets condensation on it from the shower and seems to like it. It's not absolutely sharp and I don't know why.
LooseCanon my technical advisor has gone off to the Lake District on a photography course so is not here to advise me. He would say it needs a tripod, but that seems a bit of a palaver and I haven't got one, so I moved it to where I could rest the camera on a table but it's still not perfect, but I'll keep trying.
