Winter chill

Decided to drive to the park and ride at the airport today and try out the trams for the first time - was a totally pleasant experience. Between the airport and the Gyle I had already seen deer in the fields and a heron fly alongside the tram. In town I failed again on the shopping side, it was bitter cold for the first time in a long while and the sun was dropping at only half 3 behind the castle. I hate short days! Especially when its the weekend!
