Struggling

Just because you're struggling doesn't mean your failing

Today I was failing. Shortly after taking this I completely lost it and shouted at both my boys. How could anyone shout at this adorable little face. I feel like a monster.

I packed them off out for some fresh air and did some housework aggressively. Then phoned my amazing Dad who talked me down. Thanks Dad.

Back to the doctors for me. Nearly 2 years in and the post natal depression is still winning.
