The Meadows

Oh - it's turning cold.

This afternoon we headed out to look for Jazz Shoes for No 3 (to go with her Jazz hands! LOL!), and ended up at the park in the Meadows.

This is a very popular green space in the South Side of Edinburgh. In the summer you would be forgiven for thinking you were in England - what with all the Cricket Whites on show. Also a favourite spot for BBQs and festivals (the Lady boys of Bangkok like it too!).

Today - Lacrosse, football, Tennis (in ski coats and hats!), cycling, dog walking or just sitting reading a book - all bundled up in winter clobber.

Thankfully they have opened a coffee shop next to the kids' swing Park. Life saver!
