Up early and tidied up the kitchen. Not feeling that great.

Eco mum took me over to football as I had a coach the coaches session.

Good fun and interesting, we did drills and then headed to the classroom to discuss how we coach.

Eco mum picked me up and we headed to Pentlands with juno. A lovely walk and chat.

Home and i headed to the bees and finally got the mouse guard on. I walked over the hill collecting some sloes for someone.

Eco son cooked tea, a game feast which was lovely. He is a messy man in the kitchen so I tidied up.

A wee bit of maths confidence building with eco daughter.
