Casino Reflections
I was all ready to be taken down the river tonight to get reflections of Dundee, but right on cue the heavens opened, back to Plan B, I set up a small studio consisting off one black cloth with a glass tabletop and a single 400Watt studio light set off to the right hand side, I used the viewfinder while setting up the props to arrange a staggered display of the items and raided the daughters play dough to get a method of standing the cards up on edge.
I focused on the dice at the front and let the aperture go really small to give as much as a depth of field as possible, setting the flash to 1/8th power and having a 2 second display allowed me to get as much of the black as possible to enhance the reflections.
