These non-violent offenders are able to do community service as part of their sentence. They perform service projects throughout the county. Helping out at the horse arena each Sunday is just one way they are giving back. In exchange for their labor, the inmates can be credited with a reduction of their sentences based on the work they perform. It's good for the inmates and it's good for the rest of us.
