Sandhill Cranes At Sauvie Island
Had a bit of trouble with my computer yesterday...need to take some serious time to weed out photos...so I'm "backblipping" for yesterday. I headed out to Sauvie Island early in the morning, and had a fabulous 4 hours of birding. First I watched the hawks and harriers, then I headed to Coon Point. It was full of geese, ducks, cranes...you name it! The highlight was a juvenile bald eagle that flew right over me.
