Let them dry, let them dry, let them dry...

Nobody really uses dryers unless you're super rich here in China, so people will hang their clothing anywhere to dry. That includes outside on a rack on the 24th floor in weather cold enough to snow and in the hallway in front of the elevators for the world to see.

And who cares what laundry is hung up right? Bras, underwears, ugly sweaters... I've walked underneath them all.
