and tosses his empty bottle aside? He must be a bit of a jerk.

Who's that boy with his satchel on, messing around with a ball?
He drains his coke and without a thought leaves the can on a wall.

Who's the woman with takeaway food munching her chips in the street?
She only eats half and drops the rest on the pavement for rats to eat.
