Didcot Power Station Smoking in the Gloom

Didcot power station was all over the news recently following a major fire. It was also in the news when one of the cooling towers was pulled-down, a few months ago. On coming over the hill, on the way back from visiting another boat builder in Southampton today, I noticed all this white smoke, which is not coming out of any chimney. Is something up?
