Isometric Bilateral Test [321/365]
Had a light physio session this morning because I was having another test on my knee. This time it was an isometric bilateral test. Sat in a seat, your leg is extended to 60 degrees infront of you. A machine then measures the amount of torque generated from kicking out and contracting back against a support. This is carried out on both legs to identify the difference in strength.
Results from the test were excellent. I have a 9% deficit in my quads and 3% deficit in my hamstrings. This means I have been cleared to run and jump now.
This is a huge step in my recovery and 5 months post op is pretty good apparently.
