It was another dreich day in Leith - there was very little light outdoors, and precious little enlightenment within.

However, since we were on a restricted calorie day, I really enjoyed my dinner when I finally got to it. Our favourite recipe again (with anchovies rather than sardines). We haven't tired of it yet, although I still haven't managed to take even a half reasonable photo of it.
