Llyn Brianne Dam

After a full Welsh breakfast we headed off to Llyn Brianne Dam here as recommended by a fellow guest in the hotel here.

The weather decided to take a break from yesterday and was just gorgeous. We stopped off at the RSPB Reserve at Dinas for a walk by the River and then continued our way up to the Dam where I stood on the bridge and was amazed by this wonderful sight. We drove right round the dam and down a RAC Rally route very country road, to Tregarron. The outstanding views were well worth the exciting drive and the hot chocolate and lovely cake in a very nice Tea Shop were most welcome.
