Train, train

Full day in Aberdeen today.
We were going to be taking the bus into town, but rain, heavy stuff, put paid to that.
Just as well, as we did nearly all of our Xmas shopping.
This is the train tracks that runs along the beside Union Terrace Gardens. This part here is the old platform for trains heading north. It hasn't been in use since goodness knows when. Late 50's? Early 60's? At the time of the Beacham closures?
