My day begun with an attempted call to HMRC..
After being told a million times 'Thank you for continuing to hold.. ..all our operators are busy...' I figured life was too short to sit & hold for much longer & got on with my day..

.. Had a few hurdles to overcome this morning, they didn't put me in the best of moods it has to be said!

Thank goodness for good friends, giggles, sparkly pink shoes, Disney, rainbows, toy shops & Cups of tea... This afternoon was much brighter.. Thanks Nic x
