Easy there black beauty!

So, as they say: 'When in Rome, do as the Romans do'...I just did it in a fairly nice, fancy restaurant.

This is Horse meat. I don't think I'll be having it again unless it is given to me, but I had to say I've tried it. It's consistency (unsurprisingly) was like beef, but it was a little richer in flavour.

He may never have won the grand national...but he went to a good home :)
