Bristol Street Art

Another Bristol trip and managed to get outside at lunchtime for a stroll.
This piece of wall art near my office is fairly new and a colleague told me it was by Banksy. But I checked it out on the Internet and it was claimed by someone called JPS Artist. It's amazing how these pieces appear overnight - surely someone must have seen the artist at work?
