Hacking a scale 2

Lots of wires but not sussed it yet. My op amp circuit is amplifying I think but to make life a bit more difficult my multi-meter packed in today as well. Will be scratching my head reading my electronics book and if that fails googling.... Oh and buying a new multimeter.
