Men at work - City Road Lock

I went for my first run in a week - just up to the canal and back - about 2.5 miles. I pottered along, as I wanted my first run to feel easy, which it did. Must find my gloves, though. I had trouble undoing my laces when I got back.

Girls night with Karen and Amanda at a bar/club where Karen had her 50th. She had to be a member to make that booking, and her name was chosen for some free cocktails this month. Very decadent for a Monday, but we were well-behaved and didn't over-indulge. Honest :-)
