Acceptance

Up until a couple of years ago I never needed glasses and honestly thought I never would need them. Now for reading and looking at a computer screen they are an essential tool.

Recently I have been very conscious of peering over my rims when talking to people like I'm a crazy old 50 year old. So I went to the optometrist to see what dual purpose specs they could offer me.

After suggestions of lenses and frames for $700 plus I thought I should just accept that there's nothing wrong with approaching 50 and that looking looking over your rims may well be the new 30's.
