Danger in the patk

Had physio appointment which is going ok she sthinks there is more movement though its still sore!! any way thought I'd take Barney for a long walk as had been stuck in the house with D. Went along to Figgate park on to have 10 mins into the walk to bwe catapulted over by him and another dog having fun!! had to be the sore arm I landed on and a puddle, hence walk became a shorter one than had been planned.
