Just a twig.

That's all it was when we moved in.
Now it's a beautifully shaped tree displaying its Autumn coat in the morning sun. It's always one of the last trees to come into leaf and the last to shed its coat.
When all the leaves have gone it has a date with a tree surgeon. Every three or four years we have it pruned to restrict its height and retain the rounded shape
