Yummy Banting

Charmaine made us a champion Banting Dinner today! The chicken drumsticks and thighs were oven baked to perfection with Coconut oil and spices, her secret combination to die for! The cauliflower dish was the tastiest I've ever tasted, it truly wasn't just beautiful and rich in color, it was yummy and Banting friendly, she threw in a couple of gem squash for variety and for the 2 naughty ones in the house, that's her and Ronnie sr' she made a quick pan fried potato and carrot dish! Wish I could have some of that as well!? Hehe!
