Lotus flowers ??

Another long day on the road today from Jaipur to Jodhpur. About 250 Kms but it took over eight hours. However, I found it really interesting seeing the different landscapes and industry.

Tonight we are in a very small hotel about 50 Kms outside of Jodhpur and it is just totally unexpected. An oasis of calm, serenity and beauty. Quite unbelievable in fact, the gardens are stunning, a beautiful lake and the hotel is totally Indian culture. Quite different from the hotels we have had up to now.

We arrived just before sunset and I quickly took this shot of the flowers which cover the lake. I believe they are Lotus Flowers but I may be wrong.
