I Wonder If A Life Of Adventure Is Overrated?

I don’t want to be hanging from
a window ledge or have a bomb
strapped to my chest, thank you
very much. I’ve no desire to
dodge bullets or be lost at sea.

So ensure those knots are secure,
please. A life of adventure
isn’t beckoning today. I’m happy to stay
put under this big blue sky
rather than risk being blown away.
