Trip to London today to look at IT in Housing, and more specifically use of social media and digital inclusion. Clearly digital inclusion is not a big problem in London, think everyone on this tube has a smartphone or tablet. And by all accounts there is disbelief in some circles of Westminster that there are some groups of people that don't actually have a smartphone or access to the world wide web!
