For supplies I cycled to town from the tops and going through the market...what a small world, I met Heather who is a famous ultra running lady. She came third at the historic spartathlon race!!

Cycled back full in supplies on some unforgiving hills to cook for friends a storm of Indian curries and gluten free naan

But as it s a small world and I met lovely Heather...she is my blipstar today
