Plan or be Planned for...

As soon as breakfast was over Alan was off out with Gill to Edinburgh for the day and I got ready for a visit from friends Gail, Natalie and Diane and Ele was back too.

Coffee and a brief catch up was followed by a leisurely lunch continental/tapas style with lots of laughter and chat round the kitchen table. Gail and Natalie have both had extensions on their houses that meant a full reconfiguration of their kitchens so I was keen to hear about their experiences. I think I shall be calling on their help regularly during the planning and design stages! They were keen to see the plans and I am buoyed by the fact that they too are impressed by the first draft plan.

Having had more time to study it today, I am now mega excited at the prospect of the end result and trying not to dwell on the building nightmare that will have to be endured in order to get there. I know it will be worth it in the end. :D

Now I have caught up with Blip after almost a week, is it definitely time for bed! Backblips start HERE and I look forward to getting some blip commenting time tomorrow :D
