Today's lesson was about hydrogen bonding

...so I was talking about surface tension, and the children's game red rover came up. Perhaps I shouldn't have been surprised that only one student in G period new the game; it is violent and pointless and must have resulted in more injuries than all the tire swings in North America. This, of course, led us to other pointlessly dangerous games, and how could I miss the opportunity to explain Long Donkey.
