Clouds Over the Manukau Harbour

I flew up to Auckland today, to attend the wedding of my brother-in-law in Taupo at the weekend. I'm staying with the family of one of my sons at present and it's going to be a festive evening tonight, with 12 around the table. How lucky can you get. My oldest son flew in from London yesterday - we're all so excited!!

Thank you all so much for the wonderful response to yesterday's Evening Light over the Kaikoura Ranges. If you only knew what a hasty capture that was! I hadn't had the camera out all day, I wasn't going to be able to get out later - hadn't been feeling 100% much of the day - so it was so lucky that the light in the sky was so beautiful. Like you, I loved the colour! I think that it's still sitting well up in Spotlight - always such a thrill.
