Oops!

Who'd want to work in props or continuity when TV viewers can record, rewind and pause any drama? This is a scene from Monday night's Corrie, which I've only just got round to watching: Michelle (on the right) has just gone to fetch a bottle of wine and a supposedly empty glass in which to pour Carla (on the left) a glass of red. The camera man/woman got the initial shot fine, with the glass out of shot, then Oops! - the actress raised the glass a little and, slosh! - oh, what a giveaway! - the glass is not empty. I'm guessing this wasn't Take One!

Apparently, Coronation Street is going live sometime soon (as they did for the soap's 50th anniversary episode). This one will be to celebrate 60 years of ITV.
