The River Kent

That well known Arnside Blipper Gladders is reknowned for his Morecambe Bay sunsets. His Blip yesterday was one of his best and I certainly have kept it as a Fave.

I have never really done many sunsets before and I thought I would begin by avoiding anything pointing directly at the sun. Here is my effort. It is quite astonishing how water which half an hour beforehand looked grey and cold can suddenly turn into a river of blood.

A helpful bird was also in the right place.

I am encouraged to be more adventurous at the next opportunity.
