BT men at work (other providers are available...)

Almost didn't make it to the farm for lunch after Pilates today - the road was blocked by men removing the old pylon ( on our way ) and raising the new one ( on our way back ). I had to nip out of the car and through the cones to get the shot, but it was all happening in Ingbirchworth today! When Roy went out on his run ( I know - he's progressed from fast walking! ) this morning they were also emptying the scour pipe at the reservoir - two lots of excitement in one day...
Pilates was also interesting - we were practising breathing with the exercise - with the aid of straws... It seemed to work!
