A day of rainbows and showers - literally.

Another day of learning to go with the flow (who knew this can be such a hard lessen to learn?).

The afternoon was filled with a big meeting on Insights, a tool to learn more about your personality, the personalities of the people in your team and how you can all get along. My personal profile was in turns scarily accurate and hilarious. My favourite bits were "She has a tendency to play down the rules, particularly if they appear to oppose her values" and "She is rather indifferent to authority, preferring a flattened structure where everyone is equally capable of advancing."
