The gardens at night

This is one of my better half's favourite buildings in the world, and by proxy also one of mine.

We went on a beautiful tour of the botanics, lit up by ever changing lights, this evening. It was peaceful and relaxing and only a little bit raining. They'd done a spectacular job of lighting buildings and trees, and making spotlights dance across the surface of the pond, with welcome hot chocolate halfway along. A great evening which we'd both recommend! Sadly sold out for this year now, but I'm sure they'll be back again this year.

This last section of 500 photos has taken me considerably longer to reach than the first section, but I still enjoy dipping in and out of the blip!
