The laser beam pointing eastwards

The laser beam is visible at 40 km (appr. 25 miles) distance, probably many more km/M even though the weather is cloudy. I couldn't believe it but saw the phenomen at this distance yesterday...

Edit: the beam is actually visible at the coast, more than 70 km away from Uppsala...
