Bake Off

Today happens to be the birthday of two of my favourite people and most definitely my favourite set of twins. Together they make an incredibly funny and loveable duo. Individually they are creative, talented and generous each in their own unique ways. These two bring a great deal of happiness wherever they go and I count myself very lucky to have one as my partner in love and life and the other as a close friend and brother.

Here they are pictured making each others birthday cakes (adorable).

So that's my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody's ever made before. Don't freeze, don't stop, don't worry that it isn't good enough, or it isn't perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.

Whatever it is you're scared of doing, Do it.
