Another Watchful Eye

Dear Diary,

I just had to post this little finch on the feeder this morning. The light was so lovely and the way it stared right back at me from time to time and continued eating, not intimidated by the camera at all!

I really think the birds have worked out a feeding schedule amongst themselves. First the blue jays and the mourning doves, then the finches, and then the tufted tits and then chickadees...they all seem to take turns at the feeder. Then the rotation begins again in the afternoon. I have to fill the feeders twice a day!

Enjoying all the comings and goings...
