It's that time again!!!

Tax,tax,tax ...... is there anything that isn't taxed??
A few weeks on and we will see the pot holes appear! I wouldn't mind paying road tax if only they were kept in good repair!! The thing is nearly every road you traverse there are road works going on, and honestly I can't see any result.
Come the hard frost and the councils will decide to renew the road surface!! What's that about, it just won't last, more money wasted! Now I've had my say I'm off for a cuppa.
