First proper bread

The snow has arrived again and it's so cold thet guess my beloved sun is still far away...

So, great day to bake a proper bread. I mean, no dry fast yeast, no a piece of bought yeast, but the real yeast I was given in the last course I attend.

And... oh jeez... I really MAKES the difference!! So soft in the inside, so crunchy in the outside, with its cute perfect little alveolus...
