Dried Hydrangea

Busy today getting things together for JJ's birthday on Saturday. Neither of us likes a fuss but I can't let this one pass without a little bit of attention.

Earlier in the autumn I brought in a couple of pink hydrangeas and they have both turned a pretty lavender colour. The individual petals are quite intriguing and so I may turn one into a picture of some sort when I'm desperate.

A bit blipped out today so I apologise for turning to my usual flower blip.

You will be pleased to know that Charlie the caterpillar is still very much alive.
